Our breakfast: salty or sweet?

At Breakfast, either sweet or salty, we offer mainly fresh organic products and whenever possible, locally grown and produced.

Our breakfasts are varied, plentiful and prepared according to your tastes, because we try to avoid any kind of food waste.

Breakfast is served from 7.00 to 9.00

But you can arrange special needs. The breakfast room is on the ground floor and in the summer, can be served outdoors, under a porch.

Seasonal products: fresh , local and preferably organic

Our jams are made with organic and fresh seasonal fruit. While waiting to build our very own laboratory, jams are hand-made, in Madeleine’s professional kitchen. The little morning biscuits and cakes and savory pies, also come from Madeleine. They are all hand-made with organic flours and we like to point out that this meal have an important added value: organic flours are from the Parco Agricolo Sud in Milano where has been developed a beautiful project of grain chain from producer to consumer.

The organic honey comes from Cento Passi of Libera. Tea, coffee, chocolate and sugar are organic products of Fair Trade.

We cater also from small local producers:

  • Depending on the season, juices and some organic sweets: Azienda Agricola Biologica Andrea Gosetti ;
  • Milk, Yogurt, Cheese and Buttercome from small organic dairies in the area: Latteria di Lentiai; Latteria Sociale Cooperativa di Camolino; La Speloncia; Malga Celado.
